Key responsibilities & impact

Provide analytical support to the Office of Administrative and Finance
Oversee data collection for faculty compensation
Monitor the adjunct budget for Steinhardt
Research, analyze, and create reports for annual and ad hoc topics
Provide financial analysis and support for monthly and annual budgets
Liaise with the Director of Faculty Affairs on policies and inquiries

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
Master's Degree preferred
5+ years relevant experience including tracking, analyzing and reporting complex data
Manage budgets and monitoring expenditures
Demonstrated ability to work with faculty and high level administrators
Analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Skill in collecting and analyzing complex data
Experience with UDW +, Box/Other File Sharing, Workday and Google Suite preferred
