About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide analytical support to the Office of Administrative and Finance
  • Oversee data collection for faculty compensation
  • Monitor the adjunct budget for Steinhardt
  • Research, analyze, and create reports for annual and ad hoc topics
  • Provide financial analysis and support for monthly and annual budgets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years relevant experience including tracking, analyzing and reporting complex data
  • Manage budgets and monitoring expenditures
  • Demonstrated ability to work with faculty and high level administrators
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Skill in collecting and analyzing complex data
  • Experience with UDW +, Box/Other File Sharing, Workday and Google Suite preferred
