About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support for a wide array of functions for the Center for Oral Health Policy and Management.
  • Work with the Director to administer strategic initiatives and new projects working in collaboration with units.
  • Participate in the planning, design and implementation of programs.
  • Represent the office at new program planning and ongoing meetings and attend College wide events.
  • Serve as a liaison to the administrative leadership of the Dean's Office and senior staff.
  • Manage the activities of the College’s new global activities (e.g. Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London, China).
  • Administer the Center for Oral Health Policy and Management's Working Group, which manages the activities of the Center on a weekly basis.
  • Participate as an ex-officio member of its advisory board and serve as Curator.
  • Engage and provide administrative support for several Center wide educational initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of related experience in higher education, project management, planning operations or equivalent combination.
  • 2+ years experience in healthcare administration (preferred)
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in balancing competing demands of managing an academic healthcare center (preferred).
