Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with management and delivery of human resources services for the school
  • Support all phases of the employee life cycle
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding for non-exempt and exempt positions
  • Support hiring and onboarding processes for faculty
  • Conduct salary and other analyses
  • Project-manage, track and report on HR initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years relevant human resource experience
  • Must include intermediate knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, training and development.
  • Excellent organizational, interviewing, problem solving, and negotiating skills.
  • Knowledge of human resources concepts, practices, legislation, and procedures.
  • Ability to supervise work processes and staff.
  • Ability to interpret and effectively communicate policies and procedures and resolve problems for a diverse population.
  • Knowledge of standard office software.
  • Knowledge of HRIS/HRMS applications and online recruitment systems.
