Assistant Director, Student Engagement

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support NYC’s student club and its leaders in planning and executing professional development programming
- Partner closely with stakeholders in the Office of Student Engagement and the Undergraduate College to enhance existing programs
- Align club advising with support for LGG first-year students to strengthen community-building while abroad
- Collect and analyze data from NYC and LGG clubs to identify trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years relevant experience in student engagement and organizations, leadership development, or career development
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, strategic planning, management, and systems skills
- Proven ability to design and implement programs with measurable outcomes
- Strong proficiency in using technology to collect and analyze data
