Lead the Endless Frontier Labs operations including venture recruiting, evaluation, management, and securing investment
Strategically develop, implement, and evaluate Endless Frontier Labs programs
Build external business relationships and internal partnerships
Identify and cultivate relationships with centers of innovation, venture capital funds, and tech associations
Support curriculum development and student projects with EFL startups
Manage programming and initiatives for growth and improvement of Endless Frontier Labs program.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (Master's Degree, MHA, or graduate degree in STEM preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working with startups, technology companies, incubators, accelerators, angel investors, or venture capital
Proven ability in business development, relationship management, ability to analyze and evaluate ventures, financial modeling, market analysis, and strategic planning
Understanding of business models and drivers of success in startups across several verticals
Deep financial literacy and experience with fundraising and venture deals
Excellent project management, organizational, and adaptability skills
Ability to travel internationally.
