About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide advanced post-award grants management support to Tandon departments.
Ensure proper compliance and fiscal oversight of sponsored research projects.
Reduce faculty administrative burdens affecting research productivity and academic obligations.
Manage a complex sponsored research portfolio and be responsible for post-award grants management.
Work closely with PIs to develop financial frameworks and workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
5+ years experience working in an academic department, supervision, managing budgets or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent organization and communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency with the use of computers, experience in excel, electronic mail, and internet systems.
Should be well organized and self-motivated with good people skills.
Must be able to work flexible hours.
