Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in a related area
2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Foundational and applied knowledge of community, inclusion, and belonging efforts in higher education
Experience with event planning, project management, marketing and communications, conducting research, and working with communities from diverse backgrounds
Demonstrated commitment to community, inclusion, and belonging efforts in higher education
Proven event planning and management skills
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Strong teamwork skills and openness to feedback
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software/applications, and various social media platforms
