About the role
- Develop and implement student-centered programs, services, and initiatives for CMEP
- Engage and support students from diverse backgrounds
- Collaborate with university and external partners to foster an inclusive environment
- Lead communications and digital storytelling for CMEP
- Ensure operational excellence through data-driven assessment and student staff supervision
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related area
- 2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Foundational and applied knowledge of community, inclusion, and belonging efforts in higher education
- Experience with event planning, project management, marketing and communications, conducting research, and working with communities from diverse backgrounds
- Demonstrated commitment to community, inclusion, and belonging efforts in higher education
- Proven event planning and management skills
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong teamwork skills and openness to feedback
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software/applications, and various social media platforms
