About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver a superior new hire experience for academic populations
Provide a high level of customer service throughout the pre-employment onboarding process
Ensure the completion and accuracy of all pre-employment processes and forms according to policies and guidelines
Interact with new hires, school/unit points of contact, Human Resources, and other areas of the University as needed
Ensure accuracy and compliance with faculty lifecycle data gathering and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
2+ years relevant experience in customer service, data maintenance, onboarding operations, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to assess problems and promptly resolve or identify appropriate teams to resolve
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with and collaborate across the University at all levels
Strong time management, attention to detail and ability to manage individual assignments
Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Knowledge of the Workday HRIS system, faculty information systems, and reporting environment
