About the role
- Serves as the primary operational coordinator for all leadership development programs within the College of Dentistry.
- Responsible for the comprehensive administration, logistics coordination, and strategic support of leadership programs and initiatives.
- Ensure program sustainability, enhances student and faculty engagement, and supports the portfolio's vision for growth and excellence.
Requirements
- Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration or related field
- Required Experience: 3+ years administrative experience managing projects, programs and/or events or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred Experience: 2+ years Experience in an academic, clinical or research environment
- Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent organization, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate information to a diverse population at all levels.
- Knowledge of standard office software.
- Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Understanding of leadership development principles and adult learning theory.
- Knowledge of higher education administration and student affairs.
- Familiarity with government relations and advocacy processes.
- Experience with international program coordination.
- Event planning and logistics management experience.
