About the role

  • Serves as the primary operational coordinator for all leadership development programs within the College of Dentistry.
  • Responsible for the comprehensive administration, logistics coordination, and strategic support of leadership programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure program sustainability, enhances student and faculty engagement, and supports the portfolio's vision for growth and excellence.

Requirements

  • Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration or related field
  • Required Experience: 3+ years administrative experience managing projects, programs and/or events or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred Experience: 2+ years Experience in an academic, clinical or research environment
  • Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent organization, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information to a diverse population at all levels.
  • Knowledge of standard office software.
  • Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Understanding of leadership development principles and adult learning theory.
  • Knowledge of higher education administration and student affairs.
  • Familiarity with government relations and advocacy processes.
  • Experience with international program coordination.
  • Event planning and logistics management experience.
