About the role
- Lead strategic planning, implementation, and continuous monitoring of the information security program
- Define, develop, maintain and implement policies, security architectures, and operational processes
- Drive a culture of security awareness to minimize risk
- Oversee the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant professional level experience or equivalent combination
- Bachelor's Degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, cybersecurity or relevant field
- Experience managing information security operations, incident response, and risk management programs
- Familiarity with security toolsets (e.g., SIEM, DLP, vulnerability management)
- Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical staff
- Preferred: Master's Degree in relevant field
- Preferred: 10+ years overall relevant experience in information security or technology
