About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise and coach the external sales team across assigned territories.
  • Define and track team performance objectives.
  • Support the development of team members' skills and help them achieve their goals.

  • Analyze competitor activity and propose strategic adjustments.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPI) and produce regular sales and forecast reports.
  • Propose solutions based on in depth analysis of customer needs and industry trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related studies preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in external sales management or key account management, ideally in the Parts and distribution sector
  • Experience in team management and positive leadership
  • Ability to analyze market data and formulate strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to substantiate decisions and actions with supporting rationale
  • Personal qualities: Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate market trends.
  • Autonomy and initiative in managing sales and teams
  • Positive leadership that fosters a collaborate and motivated work environment.
  • Solutions and innovation- oriented, with openness to new ways of working
  • Strong team player with the ability to positively influence stakeholders.
