Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for independently managing and executing field marketing programs, digital initiatives, and physician education activities
Serve as a key marketing partner to the sales organization and cross-functional teams
Manage local Peer-To-Peer programs with the Surgical Sales Consultants (SSCs)
Lead operational execution of field marketing initiatives
Assist in tracking program activities and supporting reporting needs
Execute email blasts through Constant Contact for US and OUS on a regular basis
Create calendar invitations for each advertisement due date
Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and independently recommend enhancements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
2–4+ years of experience in marketing, program coordination, event management, or commercial operations
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign deployment
Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including content structure and user experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
