About the role
- Identifying pain points and automation and digitalization opportunities in workshops
- Scouting and evaluating innovative startups, technologies, and business models
- Owning strategic pilot projects and AI initiatives – from conception through implementation and scaling
- Building sustainable relationships with founders, VCs, and innovation networks
- Representing Venture Clienting internally and externally
Requirements
- Several years of project management experience – whether from innovation, corporate venturing, business development, the startup ecosystem, or consulting: you see projects through to completion
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Solid understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, and digitalization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels
- Hands-on mentality
- High self‑initiative and networks within the startup ecosystem
