About the role

  • Identifying pain points and automation and digitalization opportunities in workshops
  • Scouting and evaluating innovative startups, technologies, and business models
  • Owning strategic pilot projects and AI initiatives – from conception through implementation and scaling
  • Building sustainable relationships with founders, VCs, and innovation networks
  • Representing Venture Clienting internally and externally

Requirements

  • Several years of project management experience – whether from innovation, corporate venturing, business development, the startup ecosystem, or consulting: you see projects through to completion
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, and digitalization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels
  • Hands-on mentality
  • High self‑initiative and networks within the startup ecosystem
