Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly and monthly forecasts for the global Go to Market organization.
Track and manage operating expenses to ensure alignment with budget and headcount plans.
Partner with the FP&A Manager in reviewing and explaining monthly spend trends.
Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
Develop and distribute recurring financial reports to Marketing and Finance leadership.
Act as a trusted advisor to Marketing leaders, providing financial guidance on spend management.
Develop financial models to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing investments.
Contribute to continuous improvement of financial reporting tools and processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial analysis.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and Excel/modeling skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Clear and effective communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams
