About the role

  • Drive the development of clients’ ecomm businesses by identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing performance reporting and actionable insights, highlighting key omni, ecommerce, marketing, and consumer engagement KPIs for each channel.
  • Act as the primary advisor for clients, ensuring alignment between business objectives and execution strategies.
  • Conduct routine performance reviews and strategy sessions to address challenges, spot opportunities, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Complete competitive digital audits, maintain accurate active assortment list, implement proactive content audits and deliver best‐in‐class experiences for store clients, ecommerce clients and consumers.
  • Develop and optimize retail media campaigns on platforms such as Walmart Connect and Amazon advertising, aligning optimizations with defined client KPIs and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Oversee product listings and new product launches on retailer marketplaces, ensuring alignment with brand goals and best practices.
  • Provide performance reports and insights, leveraging site audits and competitive analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in ecommerce retail, preferably focusing on platforms like Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Amazon.
  • Demonstrated ability and 2+ years of experience in strategizing, executing, and optimizing campaigns on retail media platforms (e.g., Walmart Connect and Amazon Advertising).
  • Expertise in interpreting data, extracting insights, and turning them into action plans.
  • Advanced knowledge in SEO, UX design, product attribution, and creating compelling consumer‐facing copy.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills; able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, influence cross functional teams and demonstrate a strategic, proactive mindset.
  • Skilled with MS Office, Google Analytics, Retailer and Marketplace Platforms, Ad Tech Software (e.g., Skai preferred), and familiar with relevant ecommerce tools.
  • Capable of juggling multiple projects in a fast‐paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships, with a focus on proactively achieving measurable business growth.
  • Hold and build an established network that can be utilized to drive company awareness and to cultivate new partnerships.
