About the role

  • Research and identify relevant decision-makers at large companies (e.g., Digital, IT, Product, UX, Innovation, Procurement)
  • Reach out to potential contacts via email, LinkedIn and other professional channels
  • Initiate first qualified B2B conversations
  • Schedule qualified appointments (discovery/intro calls) with our management
  • Pre-qualify appointments according to clearly defined criteria
  • Accurately document contacts and appointments (CRM/tracking)
  • Coordinate closely with our business development team
  • No sales, no closing, no proposal negotiations. Your focus is exclusively on the quality and relevance of the appointments.

Requirements

  • Excellent to native-level German and good English
  • Experience in B2B outreach, appointment setting, lead generation or business development
  • Strong online research skills (you can find the right contacts even without direct contact details)
  • Confident use of LinkedIn, email outreach and CRM systems
  • High affinity for AI tools, automation and efficient workflows
  • Independent, structured and KPI-driven working style
  • Experience with UX, digital products, consulting or B2B services is a strong plus
