Appointment Setter

• Research and identify relevant decision-makers at large companies (e.g., Digital, IT, Product, UX, Innovation, Procurement)
• Reach out to potential contacts via email, LinkedIn and other professional channels
• Initiate first qualified B2B conversations
• Schedule qualified appointments (discovery/intro calls) with our management
• Pre-qualify appointments according to clearly defined criteria
• Accurately document contacts and appointments (CRM/tracking)
• Coordinate closely with our business development team
• No sales, no closing, no proposal negotiations. Your focus is exclusively on the quality and relevance of the appointments.

Marketing

• You will support our core team with a wide range of tasks:
• Assist with marketing and communications activities
• Research, analyze, and compile relevant information
• Produce written documents, presentations, and internal materials
• Draft press releases and supporting communication materials
• Reach out to and maintain business contacts
• Prepare for and follow up on meetings, including documentation and follow-ups
• Assist in project management and internal coordination processes
• Support executive management in daily workflows
• Optional: contribute to UX/design tasks, e.g., wireframing or simple layout work in Figma
• Accounting & billing: create invoices, support approval processes, ensure organized filing, review budgets & assist with forecasts
• Documentation & processes: capture key information, keep tools and overviews up to date, and support smooth internal operations

Intern – Marketing

• Assist with marketing and communications activities
• Research, analyze, and synthesize relevant information
• Create written documents, presentations and internal materials
• Write press releases and supporting communication materials
• Reach out to and maintain business contacts
• Prepare and follow up on meetings, including documentation and follow-ups
• Support project management and internal coordination processes
• Assist company management with daily workflows
