About the role

  • Support the executive team with daily workflows
  • Prepare and follow up on meetings, including documentation and follow-ups
  • Research, analyze, and compile relevant information
  • Create text documents, presentations, and internal materials
  • Write press releases and supporting communication materials
  • Reach out to and maintain business contacts
  • Assist with project management and internal coordination processes
  • Contribute to marketing and communications activities

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in UX/Media Design, Marketing, Communication or Media Studies, or a related field
  • Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and high social competence
  • Team-oriented, empathetic, and open when interacting with people
  • Initiative, curiosity, and enjoyment of working in an agile environment
  • Initial practical experience with design software, especially Figma
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
