About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Follow up with new leads who inquire about New Mom School programs
- Conduct phone consultations with prospective customers
- Manage lead communication through phone, text, email, and CRM tasks
- Consistently execute follow-up sequences to maximize enrollment opportunities
- Track lead activity and maintain accurate CRM records
- Identify enrollment opportunities and guide prospects through the decision-making process
- Re-engage inactive leads and nurture long-term prospects
- Support retention and re-enrollment outreach with existing studio customers when needed
- Collaborate with studio owners and the corporate team to ensure a positive customer experience
- Provide regular reporting on lead activity, conversions, and sales performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous sales, customer service, enrollment, admissions, membership, or client relationship experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Experience in wellness, fitness, education, healthcare, childcare, community-based businesses, or membership sales (preferred)
- Experience using a CRM (preferred)
- Experience working with mothers, families, or parent-focused businesses (preferred)
