About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent bilingual skills in English and Spanish (native or near-native fluency)
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in service-based industries
- Strong customer service background and phone communication skills
- Ability to work some evenings/weekends, depending on client demand
