About the role
- Drive development, implementation, and continuous improvement of comprehensive EHS programs across assigned facilities
- Provide expert guidance on EHS compliance for production and facility operations aligned with OSHA and other standards
- Lead emergency response efforts, hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs and certifications to promote a culture of safety
- Collaborate with EHS specialists and cross-functional teams to standardize safety programs and practices across locations
- Oversee health programs including JHSC activities, occupational exposure monitoring, and health assessments
- Support waste management systems, environmental compliance, and company sustainability goals
- Maintain accurate EHS data and reporting to support performance goals and continuous improvement
- Support development and enhancement of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems and internal controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Occupational Safety and Health; CSP designation preferred
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety, workers' compensation, and industrial hygiene
- Expertise in EHS compliance, hazard assessments, safety training development, and EHS system enhancements
- Strong proficiency in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), GAP analysis, and MS Office Suite
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and influence teams and drive safety culture
- Ability to travel to U.S. service centers up to 15% of the time
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
