About the role
- Assist field and internal technical resources in analyzing, installing, troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining security infrastructure and application components relating to Access Control, Video Surveillance, and Intrusion Alarm technologies.
- Provide direction, information, and technical support to field technicians and/or internal stakeholders working on various security related projects and/or technologies.
- Act as overall Electronic Security subject matter expert for multi-site deployments.
- Provide remote support and act as the main technical point of contact for assigned field technicians.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Electronics, Computer Technology or related field, or 3+ years of technical field experience.
- 1+ year(s) of experience working in the security industry.
