About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using Java and Angular or React
  • Support the creation and consumption of REST APIs
  • Build basic frontend components and user interfaces
  • Write clean, readable, and maintainable code with team guidance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent internship / project experience)
  • 0–5 years of software development experience
  • Academic, internship, or professional experience with:
  • Java
  • Angular and/or React
  • Basic understanding of:
  • Web application development
  • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • RESTful APIs
  • Willingness to work onsite in Indianapolis 2 days per week
  • Strong desire to learn and grow as a developer.
