About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, working with cross-functional teams as necessary, and serve as the primary customer contact for enterprise customers.
- Lead demand generation activities with existing enterprise customers to upsell strategic solutions from New Era’s strategic solution portfolio.
- Achieve monthly and daily goals
- Develop and cultivate client relationships with both existing and new customers.
- Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
- Update CRM with accurate information regarding customer profiles, opportunity information and contract information.
- Support agreement renewals of enterprise customers with delivered services and solutions, as required
- Participate collaboratively in Sales Operations team meetings, as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
- Proven work experience in business operations, sales operations, or inside sales
- Proven strong analytical and organizational skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English through written and verbal channels.
