Administrative Assistant – Data Entry
New Era TechnologyAdministrative Assistant supporting client transactions for Insurance company. Role involves data entry and document management in a remote work environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Upload documents to member files
- Enter data into member files
- Generate barcodes to catalog documents
- Perform all other tasks related to sorting information relevant to members
- Critical evaluation of received data to identify errors, inconsistencies, and omissions
- Meet productivity standards according to the learning curve
- Navigate through our various tools and validate the feasibility of the transaction
- Assist and carry out special projects as requested by a direct supervisor or team leader.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- User experience with good working knowledge of the Office Suite
- Comfortable with technology
- Good typing speed (speed and accuracy).
