About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set and elevate the design standard for enterprise digital products
- Translate product strategy, user needs, and brand vision into intuitive, accessible, and high-fidelity design solutions
- Ensure digital experiences maintain consistent visual design, interaction patterns, accessibility, and content hierarchy aligned with the client's enterprise design system
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to define requirements, scope solutions, and resolve complex design challenges
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in product design
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Strong experience working within design systems and component-based platforms
- Proven ability to mentor and influence designers without direct authority
