Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design (Digital Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of professional visual design experience for digital platforms.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating visual and experience design work across multiple projects and mediums.
- Mastery of visual design principles, including typography, composition, color theory, and grid systems.
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, integrating research, strategy, and design insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Hands-on problem-solving skills with the ability to produce polished, visually stunning outputs.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
