About the role
- Set and elevate the design standard for enterprise digital products across EWI-managed web experiences.
- Translate product strategy, user needs, and brand vision into intuitive, accessible, and high-fidelity design solutions.
- Ensure digital experiences maintain consistent visual design, interaction patterns, accessibility, and content hierarchy.
- Support the end-to-end product design process—from discovery and concepting through design, validation, and launch.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to define requirements, scope solutions, and resolve complex design challenges.
- Champion user-centered design, usability, and accessibility best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design, digital design, or UX/UI design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Strong experience working within design systems and component-based platforms
- Proven collaboration with product managers, engineers, and leadership to define and deliver solutions
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality product thinking, visual craft, and scalable execution.
