About the role

  • Lead the day-to-day design execution for OUS and EMEA enterprise web initiatives
  • Partner with Design Directors to translate enterprise brand vision
  • Ensure all websites created through EWI maintain consistent visual design
  • Support the end-to-end design process
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope features and prioritize work
  • Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and usability best practices
  • Ensure designs align with regional regulatory and privacy requirements
  • Uphold and evolve design systems, component libraries, UI patterns, and templates
  • Provide mentorship, constructive feedback, and design direction
  • Act as a design quality gate before delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in digital, product, or web design
  • Experience leading or guiding designers within design systems or platform-based environments
  • Proven collaboration with product managers, engineers, and leadership
  • Experience working within regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals) strongly preferred
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-driven, scalable, and localized web design execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Additional European language proficiency is a plus but not required.
