About the role
- Help execute affiliate and partnership marketing programs that drive measurable impact for our clients.
- Support day-to-day management across affiliate networks, publishers, and brand partners to keep everything running smoothly.
- Assist in launching, tracking, and optimizing affiliate campaigns—whether that’s setting up new partners, reviewing placements, or monitoring compliance.
- Keep timelines, deliverables, and documentation organized and accurate.
- Work closely with partners and clients to understand their goals, share updates, and celebrate wins.
- Communicate clearly and proactively to help ensure every partner feels supported and informed.
- Assist with reporting and performance tracking to identify trends and opportunities.
- Turn data into actionable insights and help inform optimization strategies that boost ROI.
- Partner with experienced team members across Affiliate, Media, and Analytics to build hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Stay curious, ask questions, and grow your understanding of how partnerships drive full-funnel results.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in affiliate, partner, or performance marketing—or a strong interest in learning the space
- A detail-oriented mindset and love for staying organized across multiple moving parts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—you’re clear, professional, and personable
- Analytical curiosity and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- A collaborative, proactive approach with a “how can I help?” attitude
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift
- A genuine interest in digital marketing, brand partnerships, and data-driven growth
- Alignment with New Engen’s values and a desire to learn, contribute, and grow with the team.
