Support strategic execution by managing performance-driven affiliate and partner marketing programs for a portfolio of clients
Collaborate on strategic planning and day-to-day operations across partner recruitment, media planning, TM+ bidding, and compliance
Translate client goals into actionable plans with support from senior team members
Own key program workstreams by coordinating with affiliate networks, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables
Manage tracking setup, reporting processes, and budget pacing in alignment with client goals
Conduct initial data analysis to surface trends and flag opportunities for deeper exploration
Build client & partner relationships to ensure clear communication and efficient follow-up
Stay up to date on affiliate industry trends, platform updates, and competitive strategies
Requirements
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to affiliate, performance, or partner marketing strongly preferred
Comfort with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and familiarity with performance reporting and metrics
Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders with confidence
A proactive, self-starter mindset—you take initiative and bring solutions
Eagerness to learn and grow within a high-performing, collaborative team
Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, or program management software is a plus.
