Key responsibilities & impact

Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting on solar energy systems.
Conduct inspections to ensure operational efficiency.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks and identify equipment deficiencies.
Assist senior technicians with basic troubleshooting and perform minor repairs under direct supervision.
Participate in company-provided training programs to enhance technical skills and solar knowledge.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent.
0–1 year of experience in the solar industry or a related field.
Prior experience with construction, general labor, or basic electrical work is highly preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
Comfortable operating in low-voltage and non-hazardous situations with supervision.
Proficient and comfortable using hand tools, impact drills, electric power tools, and hammer drills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
