About the role
- Prepare and share data reports and visual presentations that highlight engagement, usage, and impact across schools
- Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for educators and leaders
- Collaborate with internal data and product teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting
- Serve as a trusted partner to schools and districts — helping them understand their data and strengthen implementation strategies
- Participate in partner meetings, data reviews, and check-ins to share insights and gather feedback
- Provide hands-on support to key accounts, including schools and districts in the Miami region
- Partner with educators and leaders to ensure seamless program operations — from rostering and setup to ongoing technical and instructional support
- Conduct school visits, classroom co-observations, and coaching sessions
- Lead and coordinate special projects that advance the Program Success team’s goals
- Track project timelines and deliverables, keeping communication clear and progress steady
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in K–12 education, edtech, or a related field
- Experience working in schools — ideally as a teacher, instructional coach, or school/district support role
- Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data in ways that are accessible and relevant to educators
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail; comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Clear and engaging communicator who can build and maintain relationships with diverse partners
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets (Excel & Sheets), and presentation tools; experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio) is a plus
- Deep commitment to equity, access, and supporting educators in improving student outcomes with a focus on growth for every learner
- Experience in a partner-facing implementation, customer success, or data coaching role
- Comfort facilitating data conversations with teachers or administrators
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Willing to travel frequently (20-30%) with access to a major metropolitan airport
