About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and migrate customer document management systems to NetDocuments using SQL-driven ETL
Partner with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements
Own NetDocuments build-outs and execute document migrations and ETL
Translate business and DMS requirements into system configurations and migration plans
Identify and resolve data, integration, configuration, and workflow challenges
Use ETL processes to migrate OpenText eDOCS, iManage, and other DMS platforms to NetDocuments
Create, configure, and migrate customer document management environments
Perform data extraction, conversions, mergers, and migrations across multiple DMS instances using SQL, Oracle, and PowerShell
Collaborate with peers to define DMS standards, implement best practices, administer, optimize, and troubleshoot systems
Provide client-facing technical guidance
Work with cross-functional teams and Project Managers on project execution, time estimates, and cost estimates
Manage competing priorities while delivering work on time, within budget, and according to requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on SQL or Oracle scripting experience, including complex data sets and data extraction, transformation, and migration
Prior experience with document management systems, including system design, configuration, build-out, or migration projects
Experience translating business and technical requirements into application designs, system configurations, and implementation plans
Ability to troubleshoot data, application, integration, and workflow issues
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with NetDocuments, OpenText eDOCS, iManage, or comparable platforms preferred
PowerShell scripting experience preferred
Experience with ETL processes and tools preferred
Experience administering, configuring, optimizing, or troubleshooting DMS in client-facing environments preferred
Familiarity with software integrations and multiple application or DMS instances preferred
Professional services or consulting experience preferred
