About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with clients to understand business and technical requirements
Design and propose scalable IT infrastructure and cloud solutions
Develop scopes of work, project estimates, and technical documentation
Implement and configure network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems
Provide technical support during and after implementation
Support pre-sales efforts, including proposals and client presentations
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across client environments
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Manage projects from design through execution
Contribute to accurate scoping, documentation, and continuous improvement of delivery processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in network design, implementation, or related field
Strong working knowledge of network infrastructure and cloud platforms
Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two relevant industry certifications
Experience in a client-facing technical consulting or pre-sales role preferred
Strong documentation, scoping, and project estimation experience preferred
Exposure to managed services environments and diverse IT infrastructures preferred
Experience conducting systems assessments and technical reporting preferred
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel approximately 10% within the New England region
