About the role
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel services
- Research travel options and secure reservations that align with client needs and preferences
- Issue airline tickets, vouchers, and required travel documentation
- Provide clients with destination information, travel guidance, and support before and during their trips
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with resolving travel-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications
- Stay current with industry updates, supplier offerings, and travel requirements
- Communicate clearly with clients and vendors to ensure high levels of satisfaction and follow-up
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable working with booking systems, online tools, and software platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Knowledge of travel industry practices and regulations is helpful but not required
