About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver timely, empathetic customer service by responding to user requests, diagnosing issues, and prioritizing problems
  • Log all activity in the service desk system and resolve requests by phone or in person
  • Diagnose and resolve user issues using research and diagnostics
  • Maintain printer operations, including toner replacement and user access management
  • Assist users with office productivity software
  • Set up and configure telecommunication equipment
  • Support hardware and software purchasing processes
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage loaner equipment
  • Install and routinely maintain computers, printers, and software
  • Collaborate on or lead IT projects to improve operations, policies, and service delivery
  • Operate and troubleshoot courtroom audio/visual equipment
  • Ensure court sessions run smoothly and participants can use presentation and recording tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong technical skills in computer hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Proactive troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
  • Customer service mindset with clear and patient communication skills
  • Experience with service desk operations is a plus
  • Experience with inventory management is a plus
  • Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with PDQ, Jira, and Confluence is highly valued
  • Certifications are a plus but not required
