Benefits
- $250,000 in AI tooling credits. Cursor, Claude, whatever you need. We don't cap your leverage.
- Health, Vision and Dental. 50% reimbursed. We take care of the people who take care of the company.
- Unlimited PTO. We measure output, not hours. Take the trip.
- Paid engineering conferences. NVIDIA GTC, NeurIPS, and anything else that makes you sharper. If it makes you better, we pay for it.
- Direct access to the best. You will work alongside founders, operators, and advisors who have built and scaled real things. The learning curve here is not a perk line item but it might be the most valuable thing on this list.
- The real benefit? You will do more meaningful work in 12 months than most people do in a decade. You will have equity in something that matters, a seat at a table that counts, and a team around you that refuses to be average.
