About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted technical partner for enterprise customers
- Work at the intersection of AI, enterprise architecture, customer transformation, and delivery execution
- Partner with executives, architects, product teams, and engineers to design scalable enterprise architectures
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes
- Architect solutions that enable autonomous AI agents
- Engage with executives and stakeholders to shape solution vision
- Translate business objectives into scalable technical architectures
- Partner with project and engagement managers to drive successful implementations
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Delivery teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or technical leadership roles
- Proven track record of delivering 0-to-1 capabilities using emerging technologies
- Strong experience in architecting scalable enterprise solutions and complex integrations
- Experience optimizing business processes through technology and AI
- Ability to guide enterprise customers through adoption and deployment of emerging technologies
- Understanding of AI systems, autonomous agents, enterprise workflows, and scalable architectures
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Experience working independently and across distributed teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or equivalent experience
- Experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on Salesforce or ServiceNow platforms (preferred)
- Exposure to LLMs, Agentic AI, enterprise automation, or AI-enabled workflows (preferred)
