About the role
- Support the delivery of effective internal communications that strengthen employee engagement
- Ensure colleagues are informed and connected and support NCUK’s organisational priorities
- Develop and deliver clear, engaging and consistent communications across the organisation
- Support leaders to communicate key messages and initiatives to colleagues across a globally distributed workforce
Requirements
- Experience in internal communications, corporate communications or employee engagement
- Strong written communication and content creation skills
- Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging messaging
- Experience using internal communication platforms or intranet systems (e.g. SharePoint)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, collaborative and detail-focused approach
