About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a regional sales team by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent

Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/BA degree and 8+ years of sales experience in the biotech/pharmaceuticals industry, including 3+ years of first-line sales management experience
- Alternatively, Master's degree preferred and 6+ years of relevant experience
- Alternatively, PhD and 4+ years of relevant experience
- Track record of successfully building sales performance
- Ability to see broader organizational impact across departments and divisions
- Strong sales disposition and business acumen
- Proven sales performance, including meeting or exceeding quotas, rankings, or recognition awards
- Successful launch experience in complex, competitive environments
- Ability to manage change and act without complete information
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset suitable for startup environments
