About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of commercial infrastructure, processes and systems to support the commercial effectiveness of the Neurelis Sales & Marketing organization.
- Work closely with commercial leadership to build and maintain product forecasts for the organization.
- Develop KPls to track and measure organizational success.
- Identify, lead and manage the information and analysis needs of the commercial organization.
- Manage sales force alignments and work with sales leadership to optimize sales force deployment and targeting.
- Design and administer motivational Incentive Compensation (IC) plans for the field sales teams and account managers.
- Develop, manage, and distribute sales and activity reports for the sales and marketing organizations.
- Provide ROI analyses and measure impact of commercial initiatives to optimize commercial strategies/tactics and increase productivity.
- Capture, collect, and process data for timely submission of state and federal aggregate spend reports.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Management Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Typically requires a minimum of 12+ years of experience in commercial operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Experience managing budgets and ensuring that campaigns are executed within budget constraints.
- Knowledge of life science (pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics) industry trends and best practices in commercial or sales operations.
- Experience with analyzing pharmaceutical prescription data from either IQVIA or Symphony Health.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of database structures, concepts, and queries.
- Knowledge of sales force CRM systems like Veeva.
- SQL, Qlikview and/or Tableau preferred.
- Neuroscience experience preferred.
