Key responsibilities & impact

Accountability for mandates in AI strategy and implementation projects for mid-sized companies (industry focuses include services and investors)
Strategy work horizontally across all functional areas — Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Accounting, Operations, IT
Use-case prioritization and roadmap design based on impact
Change management as a core component of every engagement — you are the rock when things are unstable at the client
Knowledge transfer into our TÜV SÜD‑certified AI training and into AI business coaching — live sessions drawn from ongoing projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of consulting experience (strategy, management, or technology consulting), ideally with exposure to AI, data, or digital transformation
Demonstrable responsibility for client engagements — at least workstream or subproject leadership
Confident client management at both C‑level and project‑lead level, not only at one of the two
Substantial technical understanding (LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, cloud vs. on‑premises) — ideally evidenced in your work history (optional)
Experience presenting and teaching to groups — live sessions in AI business coaching, online events, workshops with many participants. Demonstrated by project presentations, teaching formats, or comparable experience (optional)
Methodical depth in change management
Openness to our operating model rather than insisting on your own methodology
Business‑fluent German, good English
Residence in Germany
