- You scale and multiply existing material.
- You distill and surface the substance.
- You find efficient ways to tap into the leadership/founder team.
- You translate founder insights into platform-native formats.
- You publish what works.
- You publish regularly and in platform-native formats.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media production or founder ghostwriting.
- Proven reach — either for your own profile or for someone else’s.
- You have strong command of at least one of the platforms (Instagram, email marketing, YouTube or LinkedIn).
- Native-level German, confident English.
- AI is part of your workflow.
- Residence in Germany (non-negotiable).
- Bonus: experience with B2B consulting, IT services or technical products.
