About the role
- Client Consulting & Architecture Design: You design scalable AI architectures for our clients — from cloud-based to on-premise solutions — and advise them on the optimal technical setup.
- Automation & Implementation: You plan, develop, and implement sophisticated automations using Make, n8n, Python, or Power Automate — always focused on stability, efficiency, and reusability.
- End-to-End AI Integration: Build and integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise systems (APIs, databases, microservices, etc.).
- Prototyping & Delivery: You create proofs of concept for new AI applications and support them through to production deployment.
- Process Analysis & Scaling: You identify automation opportunities, structure processes, and develop solutions that deliver real business impact.
- Knowledge Transfer: You share your expertise with clients and colleagues — through workshops, webinars, and training sessions.
Requirements
- Several years of experience delivering technical automation projects with at least one of the following tools: n8n, Python, Power Automate
- Strong technical understanding of cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS) and fundamental knowledge of APIs, data structures, and system integration
- Experience building AI-driven architectures (e.g., LLMs, RAG, embeddings, chatbots, or automation agents)
- Experience in client consulting and the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
- Independent, structured way of working and enjoyment of solution-oriented collaboration
- Career changers into AI considered only if they have relevant professional experience
- German at native level
- Residence in Germany is mandatory
