About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build compelling interactive experiences for users
- Lead client requirement gathering and design sessions
- Help visualize end-to-end experiences for customers and internal users
- Establish content, strategies, personas, and user journeys for automated solutions
- Generate sitemaps, wireframes, and visual designs
- Learn to build and configure Salesforce and AWS solutions
- Collaborate with developers and QA testers
- Show the impact of design decisions through storytelling
- Contribute to and maintain design systems across platforms
Requirements
What you’ll need- User experience and user interaction work experience
- Experience doing design consulting with external stakeholders
- Ability to build and maintain a design system
- Comfortable using tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, and Lucidchart
- Willing and able learner of new technologies (e.g., Salesforce, AWS)
- Degree in design, user experience, human computer interaction, communication, or a related discipline
