About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with AWS’s sales and customer success organizations within the contact center space
- Find new business opportunities to help expand the company
- Maintain lead follow-up, tasks, and forecasting within Salesforce
- Resolve client pain points and demonstrate solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the Amazon Connect space
- 3+ years of experience managing and closing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
- Industry knowledge and a strong network with channel partners (AWS)
- Experience selling innovative solutions to new customers, and ability to upsell new products to existing customers/accounts
- Ability to present in front of internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner that represents the NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture's brand positively
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets, putting you in the top 10% of your current company
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to meet with clients
- B.A./B.S Degree or equivalent experience.
