Key responsibilities & impact

Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor on customer data strategy and AI.
Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce Data 360 platform expert.
Lead discovery and architecture of customer data strategies, ensuring alignment between business goals, data models, and AI-driven use cases.
Assess existing data ecosystems to define the optimal Data 360 architecture and migration strategy.
Design scalable, secure data architectures.
Work with clients to build out their strategy and roadmap.
Tie outcomes to business value (return on investment) through storytelling.
Coach and mentor junior team members and follow new Salesforce product and technical capabilities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role
5+ years of CRM or data platform industry experience
Ability to drive requirement gathering and lead discovery workshops
Hands-on experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Data 360 as a CDP, Predictive & Generative Capabilities
Familiarity with data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation concepts
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and data flows across disparate systems
Comfortable using flow charting and data-modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
