Configure Salesforce Field Service Cloud solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years project experience in a hands on technical consulting and project management role
2+ years of project delivery experience with Salesforce
Demonstrated ability to document requirements for technical resources
Experience leading Enterprise Service Cloud projects
Experience with Salesforce APIs and original code development
Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Deep understanding of Salesforce administration required
Expert-level experience in designing Service Cloud solutions
One or more current Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud/CPQ/Field Service, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder)
