About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead competitive bake-off engagements as the client-facing technical owner, including scoping, architecting, and delivering proof-of-value solutions on aggressive timelines
- Demo Agentforce solutions live and credibly to enterprise buyers, showcasing real customer interactions handled by AI agents
- Own solution architecture and scoping decisions, translating prospect requirements into demonstrable, technically sound builds
- Direct and guide offshore developers (India-based) executing the build in parallel, ensuring quality and alignment with the demo narrative
- Partner with the Pre-Sales team on selective engagements, providing technical depth during prospect conversations, particularly for deals likely to convert into competitive engagements
- Smoothly transition successful bake-offs into signed SOWs, handing off context and architecture to the delivery organization so the pod can pivot to the next opportunity
- Develop and refine Voice-first expertise across Agentforce Voice architecture, telephony integration, and conversational design
- Serve as a "thought leader" with prospects, guiding the definition of use cases and articulating business outcomes that resonate with executive buyers
- Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery leadership to refine engagement patterns, sales materials, and the Strategic Pursuit offering as it scales
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including architecture, configuration, and development across Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud
- Proven experience delivering Agentforce or other AI-powered solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Strong expertise in Agentforce Voice, Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, or comparable contact center/telephony platforms
- Demonstrated experience leading client-facing technical engagements in a consulting or professional services environment
- Ability to scope, architect, and deliver proof-of-value solutions on aggressive timelines (typically 2-6 weeks)
- Strong solution architecture skills, including data modeling, integration design, and conversational design
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to demo complex technical solutions live to executive audiences
- Experience guiding development resources and reviewing technical deliverables
- Consultative selling mindset, comfortable engaging in competitive scenarios where speed, depth, and storytelling determine the outcome
- Certified Salesforce Admin + Service Cloud Consultant or Platform Developer I certifications
